Authorized Telzio reseller

A cloud phone system without paying for every seat.

Telzio combines usage-based pricing, unlimited users, and a broad included feature set. OneSource RCM can provision and manage the account, build the communication paths around your practice, and remain your first line for account and support questions — without requiring an RCM agreement.

The Telzio model

Why Telzio feels different from a typical business phone contract

Many phone systems price around user licenses and then reserve useful controls for higher tiers. Telzio currently markets a different model: pay around actual usage, include unlimited users, and make the core platform available without a hardware-heavy rollout.

Unlimited users

Unlimited users, not per-seat licensing

Telzio's current model lets a practice add users without a separate license charge for every person. Calling, messaging, numbers, and other usage still affect the account's actual fees.

Usage-based plans

Plans are built around minutes, messages, phone numbers, and selected commitments rather than inactive seats. Current rates, minimums, discounts, and billing rules come from Telzio.

100+ features presented as included

Telzio currently presents call routing, phone menus, queues, forwarding, scheduling, voicemail, recordings, reporting, roles, and other administration tools as part of its broad feature set.

Mobile, web, and desk-phone choices

Staff can use the practice number through mobile and web applications or compatible desk phones, helping keep work calls separate from personal numbers without forcing one device model.

Visual call flows and real-time administration

Call menus, business-hours logic, queues, forwarding, voicemail, and routing can be shaped in an online dashboard and adjusted as staffing or office hours change.

Calling, SMS/MMS, and virtual fax

The same platform can support business calling, texting, fax, numbers, recordings, and team communication instead of requiring a separate tool for every channel.

No on-premise phone system required

Telzio is cloud based. Practices can use existing internet-connected devices, add compatible phones when helpful, and coordinate number porting during implementation.

Healthcare controls and BAA pathway

Telzio states that its service supports HIPAA-compliant use, offers a BAA on request, and provides roles, permissions, encryption, logging, and configurable data-retention tools.

A current trial and flexible commitment path

Telzio currently advertises a free 30-day trial, month-to-month and annual options, and a money-back period. Telzio's current pricing page and account agreement determine whether those offers apply to a particular account.

A Telzio support and escalation layer

Telzio currently promotes personalized implementation and technical support. For OneSource-managed accounts, OneSource is the first line and coordinates with Telzio when a product, carrier, billing, or platform issue needs Telzio's action.

Hands-on recommendation

We use the systems we recommend.

OneSource uses Telzio and CharmEHR / CharmHealth in daily operational workflows. The recommendation is grounded in real administration, calling, messaging, EHR, and billing work — not a vendor directory. We have worked through and evaluated many VoIP systems and EHRs, including the limitations that only become obvious after implementation.

Beyond the signup

What OneSource does as the reseller

OneSource is not simply passing along a signup link. We can establish the account, translate practice requirements into a working configuration, and stay involved after launch.

Provision new accounts

Create the Telzio customer account, coordinate the initial plan, users, numbers, and account structure, and help organize number-porting requirements.

Customize and build the phone environment

Configure users, extensions, business hours, call menus, queues, routing, voicemail, texting, fax, permissions, and other available account controls around the agreed workflow.

Configure Telzio APIs and webhooks

Help enable Telzio API credentials, supported webhook events, authentication settings, and Telzio-side configuration. OneSource does not design, host, secure, or maintain the receiving endpoint, custom application, or third-party integration unless separately contracted in writing.

First-line account and support management

OneSource becomes the practice's first contact for routine account, configuration, billing-navigation, and support coordination, escalating product or carrier matters to Telzio when Telzio must resolve them.

Standalone or alongside RCM

A Telzio subscription through OneSource does not require a medical-billing or RCM agreement. If both relationships exist, communications can be coordinated with authorized OneSource OS workflows.

Product and contract boundary

Telzio's service terms control the product

OneSource RCM is an authorized reseller and account manager, not the carrier or platform owner. Every Telzio capability, fee, usage rate, minimum commitment, credit, promotion, add-on, phone number, hardware option, tax or surcharge, trial, refund, support commitment, service level, uptime statement, outage, data practice, retention option, security control, compliance term, BAA, API, webhook, and product change is governed by Telzio's then-current documentation and the agreements accepted for the account.

OneSource does not independently warrant that a particular feature, integration, rate, discount, add-on, SLA, uptime level, data location, retention setting, or promotional offer is available or will remain available. We help interpret and configure what Telzio makes available for the account; Telzio's written terms and documentation control if website language differs.

OneSource RCM may receive initial or ongoing compensation on Telzio accounts it provisions or manages. That commercial relationship does not replace the practice's duty to review and accept Telzio's applicable agreements.

CharmHealth referral

A CharmHealth referral can thank both sides.

OneSource also uses CharmEHR / CharmHealth in daily workflows. When CharmHealth makes a referral benefit available, it may provide a benefit to both the new account and the referring RCM company. Mention OneSource RCM while creating the trial or account so CharmHealth can determine eligibility and record the referral before signup is complete.

CharmHealth alone governs whether a referral benefit exists, who qualifies, its form or amount, when it is issued, and whether it can be applied retroactively. OneSource RCM makes no warranty or promise that any credit, discount, payment, or other benefit will be available or awarded.

Common questions

Before you change the phone system

Do I need an RCM agreement to get Telzio through OneSource RCM?

No. OneSource can provision and manage Telzio as a standalone relationship without medical-billing or RCM services.

What is different about Telzio pricing?

Telzio currently uses a usage-based model with unlimited users rather than charging a license for each seat. Minutes, messages, phone numbers, commitments, hardware, add-ons, taxes, and other account charges remain subject to Telzio's current pricing and agreement.

Does OneSource guarantee Telzio features or uptime?

No. Telzio's documentation and account agreement control capabilities, availability, fees, add-ons, service levels, uptime, data handling, security, and product changes. OneSource helps provision, configure, and support the account but does not make an independent product warranty.

Can OneSource configure an API or webhook integration?

OneSource can configure supported Telzio API credentials, webhook events, authentication, and Telzio-side settings. We do not design, build, host, secure, or maintain the receiving endpoint or custom application unless that work is separately contracted in writing.

Who handles support?

OneSource is the first-line account and support manager for accounts it manages. We handle routine questions and configuration work, then coordinate with Telzio when the platform, carrier, billing system, or another Telzio-controlled service requires their action.

Does OneSource actually use Telzio and CharmHealth?

Yes. OneSource uses Telzio and CharmEHR / CharmHealth in daily operational workflows and bases recommendations on hands-on experience across many VoIP systems and EHRs.
