About
More Than a Billing Company. We’re Your Partner in Practice Success.
OneSource RCM was founded to help providers take control of their revenue cycle without the stress, delays, or distractions that come from DIY billing or generic vendors.

Why We Exist
We believe providers deserve more than just claims processors, they deserve strategic partners. Our mission is to help healthcare practices of all sizes streamline operations, reduce denials, and boost cash flow through dependable, transparent, and personalized revenue cycle support.
Specialty-Aware Service
We understand that billing for behavioral health, dermatology, surgery, or family medicine isn’t one-size-fits-all. We adapt to your field, not the other way around.
Full Transparency
You’ll always know what we’re doing, why it matters, and how it’s impacting your revenue. No hidden fees. No vague reports.
Real Support, Real People
Our team becomes an extension of yours. Responsive, accountable, and invested in your long-term success.
Tailored Workflows, Not Templates
We don’t force your practice into a preset mold. Every system, process, and report is customized to fit how you actually work, so our solutions feel like a natural extension of your operations.

The work, up close
A focused operation, not a billing factory.
Accounts stay close to the people doing the work. Root-cause questions, payer follow-up, and system cleanup are part of the relationship.
Our Story
Hi, I’m Colby (he/him), founder of OneSource RCM, a medical billing and consulting firm built on grit, experience, and the belief that providers deserve better.
I’ve spent over 25 years in healthcare, starting at the front desk, moving through clinical support, credentialing, billing, compliance, and operations. I come from a family of healthcare workers: doctors, nurses, dentists, lab techs, phlebotomists, and administrators. I’m also a military veteran, which means I bring discipline, follow-through, and a strong bias toward fixing things instead of working around them.
I launched OneSource RCM in 2025 after years of watching providers struggle with billing vendors who were either too hands-off, too generic, or simply not equipped to deal with the real-world complexity of healthcare operations. I saw solo providers burned out from doing it all themselves, and group practices stuck with preventable denials, delayed credentialing, and poor communication. OneSource RCM was built to change that.
Yes, the company is new, but I’m not. This isn’t my first time doing this work, and I didn’t start this on a whim. OneSource RCM is the result of decades of experience and the kind of hard-earned insight you only get from being deep in the weeds, solving problems, fixing broken systems, and seeing how it all connects.
This isn’t some big outsourced billing factory. It’s a focused, hands-on operation where I personally touch every account. I’m not here to just “submit claims”, I get under the hood, clean up the messes, and streamline your systems so your billing becomes a reliable engine, not a weekly fire drill.
What makes OneSource RCM different is how I work. I dig into root causes, I ask the right questions, and I spend hours on the phone with insurance reps, not because I enjoy it (I don’t), but because that’s where the answers live. I’ve helped providers recover six-figure backlogs, navigate Medicaid ASOs, fix authorization bottlenecks, and rebuild workflows from intake to EOB.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I also care deeply about making healthcare operations more accessible, respectful, and built around real human connection. I work best with providers who are passionate about what they do and want a partner who’s equally invested in getting things right.
Whether you’re launching or repairing an established operation, we start with the facts and build a workable plan.
