SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting into SMS communications from OneSource RCM, LLC ("OneSource RCM," "we," "our," or "us") through our website, online forms, telephone conversations, written communications, service agreements, patient communications, or other authorized means, you consent to receive SMS text messages from OneSource RCM.
1. Types of Messages
SMS messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Billing support and account assistance • Claim status inquiries and insurance-related communications • Credentialing updates and requests for documentation • Service-related notifications and administrative communications • Customer service responses and requested callbacks • Appointment, meeting, or consultation reminders • Follow-up communications related to services requested by you
OneSource RCM may communicate directly with healthcare providers, healthcare practice staff, patients, clients, customers, and authorized representatives in connection with services performed by OneSource RCM or on behalf of contracted healthcare organizations pursuant to applicable service agreements and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), where applicable.
Messages are sent solely for customer care, account support, healthcare administrative purposes, and services requested by the recipient.
OneSource RCM does not use SMS messaging for unsolicited marketing or promotional campaigns.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting into SMS communications, you expressly authorize OneSource RCM to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent may be obtained through:
- Website contact forms or intake forms • Service agreements and client onboarding documents • Verbal consent during telephone conversations • SMS opt-in requests initiated by the recipient • Requests for text message communications made to our staff
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with OneSource RCM, the services being provided, and your communication preferences. Messages may be transactional, service-related, time-sensitive, or initiated in response to your requests.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message indicating that your request has been processed. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again.
To resume SMS communications after opting out, reply START to a future message or contact OneSource RCM directly to provide new consent.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

OneSource RCM reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
